The best way to grind out money is Samurai Jack Stage 4 on easy. Using Samurai Jacks forward triangle move he will dash cut thru enemies. The stage takes a whopping 50 seconds with him and earns you 600 money at a time. After you have beaten the game and grinded out every other trophy you will only need to spend a few minutes doing this to unlock all costumes.
