    Actions
    You only need to upgrade one to level 3. Like for Laser Cannons, Rapid Fire Cannons and Plasma Cannon only upgrade one of them all the way.

    There are 6 total.
    Cannons
    Launcher
    Turret
    Propulsion
    Shield
    Hull

    There is also a Passive one, but you get that automatically. I don't think that counts since it can't be upgraded.
