A lot of people have been saying this trophy is glitchy and will come late/after many many attempts, I for one got it after 5-6 attempts of trying a certain combo.
The combo I tried for this, I put some green glowing goo onto the floor, then I put some protoplasm ontop of it (the stuff you use your upgrades) but not too much, just about the same amount. After this, I put a darkness fluro on them (the last and final eye, the 6th one). If done correctly, the fluro should get up and be fine, running around. If it falls down and dies, just keep retrying until it lives. If the trophy doesn't pop. then just keep trying, as I said, people have reported it to be glitchy by coming late/not at all when the requirements where met.
