  There are 5 areas of clothing to change on a male/female (Jewellery and Accessories do not count):
  Head
  Hands
  Torso
  Legs
  Feet
  
  Whilst in a play space press to bring up the menu and scroll to Wardrobe. Once in the wardrobe set new clothes in the 5 areas above and the trophy is yours.
  From the start you have enough clothes to get this
