You unlock this trophy by throwing shit nuggets at enemies in battle.
When you're near a toilet you can enter a minigame to create shit nuggets, mash X to fill the brown bar successfully before time runs out. You can repeat the minigame if you fail it.
Then once you're in battle, select items > shit nugget. Proceed to use it and you (or your partner) will throw said shit nugget into an enemy.
