You need to unlock every EX side stage in Arcade Mode. To do this, you'll need to clear a certain score in each stage, usually in the 40~50,000 point range.
In order to do this, make sure you score the final hit on every enemy you can, finish the stage as fast as possible, and - most importantly - don't die. :D
