This can be done on a solo Beach Rescue match.
Start off by creating a Private Match, Rescue, and Beach, other settings do not matter. Because each faction begins with a rope ascender in these matches, the faction selection doesn't matter but, to be sure, try out the Solarii faction first to be safe
Above the spot where the tent spawns for Survivors to drop off the medical suppliers, there will be a burning barrel with a rope near it. Climb on top of the burning barrell, wait there as you accumulate damage (your screen has turned black and white), and then run to the rope and jump on it to ascend. Repeat three times and the trophy will be yours.
