  You do not need to be successful with the bribe for this trophy to unlock. The way I got this is to enter the Fiend Arena, use two character with white mage and pray. The third one set to lady luck with bribe, just bribe with 0 gil, do this 30 turns.. Trophy unlocked ! :)

  To get this, first you have to get the Lady Luck dressphere. This one is obtained by beating Shinra in Sphere Break. The first chance for this is during the tournament in chapter 3. If you lost to him in chapter 3 he also will be available to play in chapter 5, though he's harder to beat then.
  
  Then you have to use it 30 times. To get bribe to work successfully you have to bribe the fiend with it's max HP x 6.25. Obviously this is likely best worked on AFTER you pay off O'aka's debt since its going to be a gil sink.
