There are two ways to unlock this, the first is to play the game after its actually 9pm OR the second way is to change your consoles time, you can do this by the following:
-Exit game
-Go to Settings
-Date and Time
-Set manually
-Set clock to 9:10pm
You can now load up the game again and the trophy will unlock once you are in the Pod.
