  I also wanted to add that if you successfully block an ability using sabotage you will hear an "eeeee" sound. Similarly, the 'brain' challenge does not necessarily refer to times when an ability is blocked.

  First you need be on level 28 to unlock sabotage.
  The fastest way is to play in wolfpack solo private.
  Guys who want stole your chests and infected before invisible.
  Guys in red armor schould works to.
  Use sabotage on them and wait for noise and kill.
  You don't need to do this in 1 wolfpack round. You can start new one and add next blocks.
