    I found this easiest done during the mission "Blind Date" in the Wild West. While protecting the carraige, rabbits throw dynamite at you at various parts. These rabbits are infinitely (and quickly) respawning, and count for the trophy.

    Just keep hitting Dead-Eye crackshot mode using R2 and pop them until you get it. Beats chasing enemies around in free-roam!
