  The easiest way:
  
  - Enter the Novice Championship.
  - In the first race, just finish the race in second place.
  - In the second race, put the first car off the road to place the other AI car in first place + you finish the race in second place.
  Like that the 2 first cars will have 160 points and you will be at the third place with 150 points.
  - Just win the third race ! and the trophy will pop-up

  Showing only comment.

  You can even tie and win the trophy. Had a 3rd, 2nd and 1st situation where the three top cars all had 235 points. As long as you finish first in the last race, you will win the championship and get the trophy.
