I did mine the same way - New Game + on Easy. Go into the Memories menu, choose Boss, then pick the first one (Aldovoss). You should do this as soon as you have control of Adol. The difference, however, is that I didn't dodge. I held the guard button (triangle) each time it started swinging and took zero damage each time then hit it in between. Since there's no time limit, I just took my time and smacked him between hits until he was stunned then I finished him off. Easy as pie. :)

DetBunkMorelandThis is definitely the way to do it - just block everything! Dodging can work but makes it harder than it needs to be.

This trophy actually can be slightly tricky because without taking damage includes your party and AI is bound to get hit.

So to avoid that, you want to do the boss rush at the beginning of the game when you have just Adol in the party. That way you don't have to worry about the AI messing it up for you.

What I did was start a new game+ on easy difficulty for the time attack trophies. The best boss to try and get this one on will be the first one because it's patterns are easy to spot and abuse. Pretty much your overall technique will be to hit and run. Use the square button to dash in, hit it, dash back out. Try and stick towards the middle back most of the time since that will put you out of range of most of the attacks. There will be one that targets that area so just dodge out of the way of that.

It may take a couple of attempts, but truly the patterns aren't that bad and the only trick is to make sure you have no party to mess up your no damage run.
