Near the end of the level "The Desert", you will sight the bus and then talk to a cactus. After talking to him, turn around and unroll the bridge behind you. Cross the bridge and use the glue to climb up to the next ledge. While looking at the mural of the Scrap, take out your camera and look above it. On the ledge above the mural is Yellow Head.
