When you start the game, after the tutorial, choose the pilot mode, you can take a porsche or a ford, take the ford and drive 50 min, the you must enter into a garage.
You can unlock this trophy in cop mode too, but i don't know if the car is available at the beginning.
In the game, you have just 3 ford, 2 pilot, 1 cop. (in the basic game).
This should be easy to unlock, just play few races and look in the "player info" when you're in a garage (press R1 one time), you'll see the total time in game.
