The best way to unlock this Trophy is by starting a new career as a player and choosing a player from a top team such as Messi from Barcelona or Ronaldo from Real Madrid.
From there, go to your calendar and skip to the first LEAGUE game of the season (make sure it is a league game and not a friendly). You can put it on any difficulty you like, but if you want the trophy as easily as possible its best to stick it on amateur and 4 minute halfs.
Play the match controlling your whole squad or just your player if you prefer, make sure you score a least three goals and try to get some assists. Just to make sure you can check your player rating at the bottom of the screen, try to maintain over a 9.5 and you should be safe.
If you have performed well enough to get in the team of the week, the trophy should unlock when you advance a couple of days on the main career screen.
