Black Cat is located slightly south of story mission 11 ("Taking Liberties"), it's a picture of the Statue of Liberty's head. Use Spiderman to remove the two handles and open access to the building, then use his Spidey Sense to reveal a switch, toggle it and the token for Black Cat will appear. You will not unlock the trophy unless you purchase her (150,000 studs).
