  Step 1: use the Hulk
  Step 2: Rubber band/tape the Triangle button down leaving the character in a transform cycle
  Step 3: Make a cup of tea or coffee
  Step 4: After about 20-30 minutes return to see your trophy unlocked
  
  If it's likely your pad might die then plug it in first

  good simple answer i guess lol. i do hate trophies/achievements like this though. i dont see how this is a good addition to the trophy list. all the other trophies are either fun or make sense to game progression.

  I like stuff like this. its an accumulated trophy that gives you the chance to have a break, while still working towards the platinum
