  During your escape with DIMA, you will come to the center of the prison. DIMA will tell you to take out the guard on the floor of the prison with the shank. Melee kill him and continue right around the perimeter of the floor. Stay behind the pillars as the search light revolves. Melee kill each guard you come to, (pick up one of the rifles) making sure it is after the light has passed and you have enough time to get back in the shadows. You will be able to get three easy. The fourth guard is a little more exposed. Make sure the guards walking the platform at the base of the tower are looking away. You will have to takeout one of them with the shank as well. When they turn to rotate rush one to get your fifth kill, you will most likely be spotted at this point, push upstairs, DIMA will follow. If you forgot to grab a gun at this point there is one on the table upstairs.

  At the beginning of Mission 5: Kunlun Mountains, you'll be given a shank and then told to shut off power in a tower. Just draw your shank, and sneak around the the outside of this area, trying to stay out of sight from the enemies. Sneak up to enemies, and press melee to kill them. There are 7 enemies in this first area for you to kill, and you can melee them even if they spot you.
  
  Additionally, there are more clueless enemies near the end of this level where you can get more shank kills.
  
  After getting 5 kills with the shank, you'll unlock the achievement/trophy.

  - this could be done almost at the beginning of the level
  - after the cutscene where Dima defeats the first guard, the next five guards / soldiers could be defeat by a melee attack
  - try to stay in the shadow and don't get detected by the searchlight
