Midway through Act 1, you will salvage a film reel from an office and Didi will task you with taking it to the Cinema to give it to her father. Just follow Didi and after some dialogue a cutscene will play. After the scene you simply need to have already collected 3 luminaries. If you have not head back into the level to nab some, they are usually hidden high up and require small puzzles to get to.
Once you have the luminaires, plug them into the circuit to power up the spotlight. From here, Didi will help "spot" you across the Void. Approach the wall where the spotlight is shining and press R2 to Shift into the wall. From here walk to the end of the sign. At the gap, press jump (X) then almost immediately re-shift back into the wall using R2. As long as you made this jump on the first try, walk to the end of the Void and the trophy should unlock.
If you are like me and missed this during your playthrough, you can simply use Chapter select to return. Select "The usual suspects" and you will be exactly where you need to be to attempt this one.
