  In the mission End of the Line: All you have to do is kill 5 enemies without them noticing you. Just pay attention to what your squad tells you and you will get this trophy no problem. It'll unlock after the 5th successful kill. The game will set up the first three silent take downs the next two you will have to do quickly. When you get to the point the security door opens, make sure you kill the guys behind the door.

  Simply load up the campaign mission 'End of the Line' and follow all instructions given to you, ensuring you don't get detected (feel free to revert to last checkpoint if you are caught). This will get you 4/5 enemies. Once you get to the gate that you must wait to be opened, push forward all the way until you are only left with a right turn, wait for Hesh to instruct you to kill him.

  Mission 13: End of the Line
  
  At the start of the mission, you will have to silently kill some enemies:
  1. This is automatically done through a takedown
  2. Go up behind the guard near the traincar and knife him
  3. Gather near the truck and kill the enemy to the left
  4. After the garage door open, quickly kill the enemy on the right
  5. After you gain access past some doors, follow the teammate to the right and shoot the enemy in the office through the glass.
  
  After killing all 5 of these enemies silently, you will unlock the achievement.
