This may sound like a pretty easy trophy, but here's some quick tips and tricks for those of you who may be struggling.

General rules:
1. You only need to reach the boss of the level for this to unlock. If the boss starts materializing on the map and the trophy hasn't unlocked, you've done something wrong.
2. You can only use movement (left stick) and boost (L1).
3. You CANNOT fire, even if it doesn't hit anyone. If you accidentally touch the right stick, just restart.
4. You CAN die, but you have to complete this without losing all of your lives.

Tips and Tricks:
1. Do this on level 1 (Acis) on Rookie difficulty.
2. Use the Nemesis ship. It is the most agile and has the best boost.
3. Don't forget about the humans. You may not be able to save them all, but saving more gives you a better chance to get an extra life, which can help if you're struggling. Most of the humans on level 1 should be pretty easy to save, even without firing.
4. Learn how to actually use boost, since this will be a great help later in the game as well. See the strategy portion below for how to use boost.

Strategy:
In general, going after this trophy is actually a great way to learn how to use boost well in this game. On Rookie at least, you will destroy any enemy you come into contact with during boost. The obvious way to use boost is to destroy long lines of enemies arranged in a horizontal line, holding boost to fly through them all quickly. While this is effective, you'll find that a long and risky strategy when that's all you have available.

Boost also has other benefits. Besides destroying any enemies you contact during boost, you are also given a bit of your boost back for each enemy you destroy during boost. After you've boosted, your boost meter with recharge and sound off a little chime when the boost is ready to use again. On top of these abilities, when exiting boost, your ship gives off a small shockwave, which also destroys any enemies around you. This is the ability we want to take advantage of.

By quickly tapping L1, you can execute a short boost, giving you the opportunity to better control where you will end up on the other end of the boost. You also have a brief moment of control after the end of the boost to move your ship where you want to be to make as much damage with your shockwave. By aiming these short boosts at small groups of enemies, you can destroy a large number of enemies quickly with your shockwave. With the short boosts and high number of enemies destroyed, you don't need to wait long for your boost to be ready to use again (listen for the chime!). If you manage to destroy enough enemies, you may actually be able to use boost again instantly.

Although once you've completed this trophy it seems pretty easy, it can be boosted in co-op. Have a friend clean out all of the enemies for you using whatever methods they want while you keep yourself from getting killed or kill enemies using boost only.
