First thing to note is that this is TOTAL, not AT ONCE. The latter would be nearly impossible, because the first one is annoying enough.
I got this on chapter 2 "The Shadow", second checkpoint. Basically, I would climb up onto the platforms, zipline down next to an enemy, and fire at them all the way down. Lather, rinse, repeat until 5 kills.
