  In chapter 3, "The Doctor," you'll find the perfect opportunity after you completed the two main objectives and you're on your way out. You'll see an elevator that you want to be on go up without you. When it comes back down, you'll find four Helghast waiting for your grenade. Toss it in and you are good to go.

  from the main menu, choose "The Shadow" part 3 of 3. Go hack the console. Then go up the stairs to the roof outside. Kill guys until the THIRD dropship comes. If you see FOUR or more ropes come out of the dropship then you're good. Cook a nade and you got the achievement trophy. If you don't see 4 ropes then reload the checkpoint.
