For this Trophy you only have to play one match on each of the 12 maps which are:
- Airport
- Brooklyn Bridge
- Central Cavern
- Chinatown
- East River
- Financial District
- Hell's Kitchen
- Hydro Dam
- Museum
- Penn Depot
- Skyline
- Williamsburg Dock
After the match finished you'll be in the screen in which you'll receive your XP and unlocks. You'll also get a Dog Tag for each one of the maps.
If you want to check which ones you have already played go to Player Profile --> Dog Tags. Under the 7th tab you'll find the map tags in the second row.
