You'll basically have the possibility to do the transformations during each tutorial with the Moon Witch, there are a total of 6 levels you encounter these transformations in (6 transformations total, also).
It does not matter in which order you do these, as long as you do all of them, the final one you do, no matter what it is, will pop the trophy for you. (and a Moon Witch head, needed for other trophies).
Also, when you achieve a transformation, you do not have to finish a level, fortunately. You can quit out with "Select an act" or "Title screen" without it ruining your chance". meaning you can do this after you have finished the story.- The first one is in
Act 1, Curtain 1. As you make your way through the level, you will come to a kitchen area, of which you can see the witch in the far background, when you eventually reach the witch, she will ask you to open the 3 windows with Ying-yang, rather than obeying here and doing this, make Ying-yang interact (
) with the witch a total of three times, then she'll say "Luna Kazoo" and transform him into a carrot.
- The second one is in
Act 1, Curtain 3. At the beginning of this level, there'll be a big shield on the wall which is necessary for the story, whether you have this shield already or not, interact with it so your character can obtain the shielding ability. Which soon after the witch will come down, talking with you, eventually she'll tell you to do something with it, rather than this, just interact with her 3 times like before, then she'll turn Ying-yang into a boxing glove.
- The third one is in
Act 2, Curtain 1. This one is later on in the level, but just like before it will be during a tutorial, normally progress your way through the level, when you eventually make it to the scene of the Cherry Blossom tree, and having to return it to its pink state, due to the purple goo ruining it, you will see a scroll, which will unlock the Ninja Bomb ability for you. Again, like before, after some chatting and messing around, the witch will ask you to do something, instead of doing that, just investigate her 3 times, which will turn Pikarina into a log.
- The fourth one is in
Act 3, Curtain 1. This one is in the beginning of the level, the very beginning, fortunately. You will start off in a dark room, which if you hover Pikarina over the barrel to the left (story related, can't miss) it will show a bomb symbol, so blow that up to introduce yourself to gaff, after some chit-chat, have Pikarina investigate the hook in the middle of the room. Just like the ninja scroll, you will need to cut some webbing to release it, which shortly after the witch will make her appearance, once again wait for her to finish her chit-chat and tell you to do something, do not do this thing, instead just investigate her 3 times. Luna Kazoo! Pikarina is a parrot.
- The fifth one is in
Act 3, Curtain 3. At the very beginning of this chapter, you will be in a room with ominous lighting and a river of purple goo beneath you, the witch will soon show up and tell you to cut the fish bones with your Calibrus (to teach you how to do the cut-boost), do not do this, just once again investigate the witch 3 times to transform Pikarina into a diver.
- The sixth and final one is in
Act 4, Curtain 1. This one is not too far into the level, but slightly ahead of the beginning, you'll know once you get to it. Just normally progress your way up through the canyon part of the level, until you'll eventually come to a new area with golden bones on the floor, investigate them and cut them down, to initiate the "Body Slam" tutorial, after the witch eventually stops her messing around and chatting, she will ask you to perform a body slam in the ring, rather than doing this, just have Pikarina investigate her three times (Which a ref will count each time you do, fortunately), which will turn her into a mexican.
If you did these in order, the sixth one will unlock the trophy and moonwitch head, if you did not do them in order, then that's completely fine, the final one you do of the six needed, will give you the trophy and the head also, counting the heads collection in act 4, even if it's done in act 1, like I did.
