This achievement can be unlocked during the "Four Stores" mission.
The Four Stores mission tasks the player with stealing $15k.
Gold bars can be found in the smaller safes, but all loot is randomly allocated.
Repeat the level until you find a gold bar and the achievement will unlock.
Regardless of who finds it, all of the team will unlock this achievement.
