  Second boss in the game - you meet him in the second area you go to.
  
  He is not bad at all, even on the harder difficulties, however there is a catch with this boss...

  then you need to beat this boss without him wrecking the area. Your second SOS mission takes place here (TOWN.1) and ALL DAMAGE DONE BY THIS BOSS WILL COUNT AGAINST YOU ON THE 2ND SOS MISSION.
