    Played for first Lingerie Lottery

    Go to the Store, and select Lingerie Lottery.

    From here, you'll have two options: Lottery Token (from the PlayStation Store) or Zeni (currency).

    Using Zeni, you can "Donate" anywhere from 100 to 9900 (increases odds). Simply bet 100, and you'll unlock a new lingerie item (98 in total).
