| First all of the inn requests need to fulfilled (including Katz Korner), once that is done you will be instantly in a duel with the Gentleman. The final quests in a location will be marked with the quest giver being "???" and he will usually ask for a joke weapon of a certain quality except for Telos Astue where its the Shining Talons. |
