Pretty simple, especially on easy difficulty. When the battle first starts, shoot one of the containers that's passing overhead - it'll drop and stun the ArcTrooper. This is your cue to run behind him, get as close as you can (while still being out of explosion range) and unload everything you have into its tank. If you're quick enough, you can do this in one try and come in far under 1.5 minutes.
