This will come naturally as you play the game, i had this by the 2nd level (Road to Dakota or something) and i was playing as the Elf, just press  and you will start throwing objects but for this to count you need to hit enemies with Arrows, Daggers or Slings, you can see what you have selected in the bottom left of the screen. |
