  When you stop/crash in the car you will get to a point where you need to go through a conversation in the car about who is going to get out of the car (I picked the options where I would go) and eventually it will come down to a game of rock, paper, scissors. (2 out of 3 to win)
  
  I am pretty sure its totally random the selection so if you lose then quickly pause the game and go back to the main menu and then continue, (which will still start you way back in a long conversation section which i saw many........ many times)
  
  As soon as you win the game the trophy will pop.

  I think the trick to this is to wait until the timer bar gets close to nothing (it'll turn red before it expires) than just pick anything. I chose paper and won two in a row on my first try.

  I had to play this twice, both times when deciding who would leave I chose 'what, both of us' and they would then play to see who would leave the car.
