There are two ways to defeat any of the Golden Hands. One requires a bit of luck and one works every time but it kinda feels like cheating as it bypasses the golden hands main gimmick (it's ridiculous resistances). It's your choice how you go about this.
The first method, relying heavily on luck, requires the use of Chie. She was modified in P4Golden to be able to throw out critical hits pretty easy. Once the fight begins have her use Rebellion or Revolution to up her critical hit rate. Make sure to use Dekaja to get rid of any Sukukaja's that the hands might cast on themselves before you attack or Chie will probably miss - accuracy really isn't her thing. Now you'll either attack with her (and pray) or use Black Spot if you have it. This is a medium damage physical attack with a hidden modifier of increased chance of dealing criticals. With this Chie can usually knock down one or two of the hands but, once again, it requires a bit of luck.
The more reliable method is to use Almighty attacks. At level 35 you can fuse a Taotie who has both Megido and at level 38 it learns Mind Charge. That's all you need. Use Mind Charge first, make sure to remove Sukukaja from the hands and then cast Megido. This is pretty much a death sentence for them and you can rake in all that yen and experience.
Pick your method.
