Finishing a battle with HEAT action is actually pretty simple, and you should gain this with natural story progression if you like to use your HEAT to your advantage. In order to fill up your heat gauge, you just simply need to attack enemies, with what it does not matter, hands, guns, melee weapons, they all count.

Once your HEAT gauge is full (or full enough to do a heat action), make sure there's only one enemy left who isn't at full health (as HEAT actions don't always 1hit, depending on what it is). Then perform any type of HEAT action (It will show the cn_T button when you're by an enemy and able to do a HEAT action, so just push cn_T) to finish them off and complete the battle, getting you progress to this trophy.

The more common heat actions to finish a battle would be grappling your enemy cn_O, then taking them to a wall or car, then pressing cn_T to smash them into it. The other would be when holding basically any type of weapon, go up to them and it should tell you to simply press cn_T, do so and it'll do the HEAT action. Some HEAT actions have a little QTE that lets you do more damage, so try and grab those to make sure you get a count to this Trophy.

Like many other trophies, if you want to keep track of your progress to this trophy, go to whatever your current hideout is where you are in the world then go to "Stats". This is the last option of where you'd usually see "Save" and "Reminisce".
