This Trophy tasks you to play the game continuously for 10 hours straight. Now obviously, you can do that by actually playing for 10 straight hours, which, we should all be so lucky, or... you can use something to wedge your thumb stick in a direction while sitting in the hub world (or wherever you want) so the screen doesn't turn off for the time needed.
Once it's hit the 10 hours -- make sure to note when you started -- you'll need to enter a new area, i.e. the Home Room from the main hub for the Trophy to pop. I mean, you don't need to set a timer or whatever, but if you don't want to use guesswork it'll benefit you.

PS No disrespect to those who can play the whole way through. Not all of us can be that lucky. Just know you're envied.
PPS I know there's a European guide stating you can let the game be suspended and as long as it's the only game you play in that 10 hours it'll still pop, that never worked for me on either the launch OLED Vita [yes, I bought it at launch and still use it] or just recently the 2000 model [a Japanese system -- still getting used to the buttons being reversed!!]. So this method I know for a fact works.
