If anyone is hesitant to start a run on "Super Hero" because they either are not familiar with the game mechanics, or would rather not jump into the unknown headfirst, I can honestly say that this difficulty is not difficult at all. You may die a few times as the game throws stuff your way, but it is not something you will spend hours upon hours trying to find the perfect strategy to overcome.
The game is fairly straight forward mixing open world (sandbox) aspects with linear missions. What tends to send people looking at the easier difficulties to get acquainted with this type of game are the enemies - and that makes sense. If you are dying every time you encounter a bad guy, then obviously you would rather enjoy the game instead of bashing your face against a brick wall. But, honestly, this game is great to keep things simple at the beginning, even on Super Hero difficulty. There is a lot of tutorial time in missions to get comfortable with the mechanics, whether it is movement or combat.
I found with this difficulty that web retreat (L1) and stealth takedowns will not only make your gaming experience easier, but also much more enjoyable. Nearly every enemy can be taken down via the stealth method (bosses and hunters being the exception), you will knock out the two trophies associated with stealth takedowns insanely quickly, as well as the generic "defeat X amount of enemies" trophies, and you will hardly ever take a hit. BE WARNED:
You need to start the game from this difficulty - there is no "change difficulty last few minutes of every chapter" move here. The game needs to be completed without ever changing the difficulty.
