This achievement is a grind. A very, very long grind.
All you have to do is keep playing through the game over and over to earn calories by eating food items to rack up points.
The only way to speed this up is by getting to know repeated patterns for the levels and finding the optimal 'food path' for each one. Chillis and hard hats should only be used to save yourself from tough situations rather than for the height boost when grinding this trophy.
