This one is a bit tricky. "Ad Hoc Mode" requires you to play local multiplayer with somebody on another Vita system with the game. It can be found in the Network mode. Ad Hoc doesn't have great range, so it's best to try finding a friend with the game that is nearby because there isn't really another way to earn this.
