    Don't worry about looking for these collectables until after you complete the main story missions of the dlc conent because as with the main game the locations will appear on the map when you do there are 20 to collect they are grey when not discovered and change to white when you collect them the marker for the evidence bags looks similar to a pac man

    I found a map on xboxachievements.com, all credits go to the guide's creators: The BiggD and Ty-Rex.

    The map is not so precise, but all bags are around 15 meters near each sign.
