Not a difficult trophy and likely to be your first trophy in the game as you have to choose a team when you start the game. The problem is once you choose you cannot get the other 3 trophies like this until you earn 30,000 credits and transfer teams. And getting 30,000 credits takes a long time.
So easiest is to select a team, back out the game and delete the save and then re-choose. I have the digital version of the game and had to re-install the game sadly to do this so just did it twice myself and will get the other two as I play...hopefully.
