    The trophy description may be misleading when it says "Cleared" EVERY challenge.

    You DO NOT need to medal at all, I can confirm I got this trophy whilst having two challenges without a Gold, Silver or Bronze, but I unlocked the trophy anyway after attempting my last challenge marker,

    Challenges you have attempted appear orange on the map, whereas new challenges appear green.

    So take it more as, Attempt EVERY challenge.
