Simply load up a KICK OFF game (this can be done elsewhere like in career but this method is faster), choose UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE, then choose the UCL FINAL. You must simply go and win the game now, you may verse a friend, the AI or just a second controller but upon winning you will unlock this achievement.
