    At the beginning of this level in you'll get ambushed, run up to (or sneak up on) any one of the enemies and kill them with the knife (R3).

    The backstab animation does not have to trigger, even if you kill them with a slash from the front this will still count toward unlocking the trophy.

    This trophy opportunity is during the mission "Rock And A Hard Place".

    As soon as you are ambushed, get up and run to the right hand side, around the tree and stab the enemy in the back.
