This can be easily done in the Left Behind DLC in the mission “The Enemy of my enemy.” After crawling through the vent, you’ll be at a ledge with clickers and hunters below you. Throw a brick or bottle in between the clickers and hunters and wait for a clicker to kill one of em. It took me about a min for it to actually happen so stay unseen until it pops. Hope this helps!
