  There are 37 optional conversations available in this game. They range from talking to certain NPC's to performing certain actions to make the conversation happen.

  Does it have to be done in 1 play through? I've missed a few already beat the game can I just go back and get the ones I missed?

  I believe it can be done on multiple playthroughs. I've completed the Master of Unlocking trophy midway through my second playthrough so this one should follow the same rules.

  On my second play it didn't recognise that I'd done them all, even though I had done it alongside all the other collectibles (got all those trophies but not this one), so it's a bit more dodgy than it might appear...

  Powerpyx's guides are awesome. However, I recommend always checking if your conversation registered in the tracking menu.
  
  This was the last storymode achievement I got because the tracker got glitched for some reason. Apparently the problems carried over to the Remastered version on PS4 as well.
  
  Once you've been through the rest the game is a real breeze through 'easy'.
  
  Again: Make sure you are checking wether or not you got credit for each of the conversations in the menu. I can confirm that the locations are all correct on Powerpyx's video.

  I think I might give it another swing on Easy+ after I collect all of my other NG+ trophies, but I already have most of the count so it won't be easy to tell which ones aren't counting because I already did them and which ones aren't counting because of stupid still-not-fixed-two-years-later glitch...
