This is simple to do, but thought I'd post a quick hint that may help. I found going into the Coliseum and entering the Street Fight Grand Prix worked well, as it's very quick and simple to finish, and there are plenty of weapons to use all of which continue to respawn.
Might make it a little easier than having to run around the city trying to find random fights.
