Although not necessarily a pat of the 100% cosmosphere completion, this is a high DP requirement option in the level 4 cosmosphere. The second time you return to the Love Nest, choose Saki (regardless of the first choice you made) and you will have a DP check of around 8k DP to meet. Should you meet this, you will end up getting the scene and trophy shortly thereafter.
