This side quest can be done during chapters 4, 6, 7, 8, 11, and 13.
Before doing this side quest you need to have first finished the previous 2 cooking side quests detailed below:
Another thing I noticed when attempting this was that if you attempted more than one cooking side quest during the same playthrough of the same chapter, Emily would not give you the second side quest. So if this happens you may have to try completing the chapter, and then start it again.
Also, to make life easier for yourself, make sure you have 1 egg, country ham, and hollandaise sauce on you as you will need it during the side quest. These can be bought at the Milk Barn from Keith and Lilly. Keith doesn't have all of these on sale so you will need to buy some from Lilly.
You have to wait until at least 6pm on a rainy evening when Emily is at home. It has to be raining because Emily goes out to eat on non-rainy evenings. Go to Emily's house which is located not too far from the Milk Barn and go inside. Speak to Emily and after the conversation York will be tasked with finding out what the missing ingredients are. Now speak to Emily again and hand over the egg, country ham and hollandaise sauce. After another scene the side quest is finished and you're rewarded with the trophy.
