Chances are you'll earn this if you plan to legitimately design and upload levels. If you're like me, however, and have no interest in doing so then this can easily be idled.
1) From your Pod, hit X and select 'Me'
2) Select 'My Moon' and click on an empty space to create a new level
3) Choose your theme, load up the level and you should be looking at your Popit
4) Select 'track & arena edit' on the top left, select 'create track' and hit X
5) To idle, rubberband your analogue sticks toward one another or tap square repeatedly
Update: Ruffus managed to pop this by idling with his controller turned off, so step 5 may not be necessary in order to earn the trophy.
